What is marketplace.ae?
As part of TECOM Group’s vision, Marketplace aims to further support talent and people by providing companies, individuals and our Go Freelance community opportunities to connect and collaborate.
Marketplace is an online platform that connects all companies and individuals locally, regionally and internationally to TECOM Group’s freelance community. The platform provides GoFreelance talent within the tech, media and education industries the opportunity to get new jobs, grow their network and succeed. Companies and individuals can post a project either short or long-term, and choose from skilled freelancers bidding for the project. Freelancers can choose to bid on a variety of projects available to them.

GoFreelance is Dubai’s easiest freelance offering brought to you by Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City and Dubai Knowledge Park. The freelance package supports individuals within the tech, media and education industries in their journey towards an independent future.

Are there any fees to post a job or bid for one?
There are no fees for posting a project or bidding for one. The use of the platform is free for both companies and freelancers with no intermediaries to deal with. You can hire for any scope of work – one-off, short or long term. Simply post a project and wait for the bids to come in. Pick the most suitable freelancer for your project and start working together.
I’m interested in posting a project, how do I sign up?
Customers can sign up by filling out a short form. Create a username, provide a valid email address and you are good to go.
I'm a freelancer, how do I sign up?
Membership is currently limited to freelancers registered with Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and Dubai Knowledge Park under GoFreelance. Freelancers part of GoFreelance community are automatically enrolled on Marketplace and can log onto the platform through their axs portal. With Marketplace, you can tap into a network of businesses and projects from across multiple industries while enjoying the freedom to bid on projects that are of interest to you.
